Cold rooms are intended for temperature-controlled storage, while blast freezers are designed for product pull-down during processing. Condensing units form part of a refrigeration system. Evaporative air coolers serve a different purpose: fresh-air cooling in ventilated buildings where the climate and site are suitable.
